THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT BETWEEN YOU AND LUCKY NUMBER SHOP. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Definitions

• User/You: Any individual or entity who accesses or uses our website and services
• We/Us/Our: Lucky Number Shop and its authorized representatives
• Services: VIP mobile numbers, porting assistance, and related services offered on our platform
• Telecom Provider: Licensed telecom operators (Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL, etc.)
• Government Agencies: TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) & DOT (Department of Telecommunications)

2. General Terms

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and browsing our website, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them without limitation or qualification. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.

2.2 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be made available on the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

2.3 Service Availability

We deliver products and services only within India. Orders for delivery outside India will not be processed.

Lucky Number Shop operates as a reseller and online marketplace for VIP mobile numbers and related services. We:

• Facilitate the sale of premium VIP mobile numbers from various telecom operators
• Assist with number porting (MNP) services
• Process SIM activation documentation
• Follow all TRAI & DOT regulations for mobile number activation

4. Membership Eligibility

Use of our website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and transact on our website
• If you are a minor, your legal guardian or parents may use the website on your behalf
• We reserve the right to terminate membership if it is discovered that the user is under 18 years of age

8. Billing & Payment

8.1 Order Modification

We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or modify any order before number activation by refunding the payment through the original payment method.

8.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• UPI Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateway providers. Payment receipts are provided electronically.

9. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Maintain necessary computer equipment and internet connection for website access
• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not resell numbers or services without written consent
• Provide accurate documentation for number activation
• Not engage in any fraudulent activities

You shall NOT:

• Defame, abuse, harass, or threaten others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt website services
• Use automated tools to scrape or access our content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

11. Documentation & Activation

11.1 Required Documents

SIM card activation requires mandatory documentation including:

• 1 Passport size photograph
• Proof of Identity (POI) - Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.
• Proof of Address (POA) - Aadhaar, Utility Bill, etc.
• Duly signed Customer Application Form (CAF)

11.2 Document Submission

• Sign all indicated sections on the CAF and self-attest POI & POA
• Paste (not staple) your photograph on the CAF
• Submit original documents for verification during delivery

11.3 Document Rejection

We reserve the right to reject documents found to be fake, untrue, or incorrect as per DOT & telecom provider guidelines. We strictly follow TRAI & DOT norms for document processing.

12. Delivery

12.1 Delivery Process

We deliver SIM cards through third-party courier services and our own delivery team. Please provide accurate shipping and billing addresses.

12.2 Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver within 24-48 hours of order confirmation to serviceable locations. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

12.3 Personal Collection

The SIM card delivery is person-specific. The registered user must be present to receive the order. Failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

12.4 Number Reservation

After payment, your selected number is reserved for 10 days. If there is no contact from the customer within this period, we reserve the right to resell the number and process a refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be held responsible for issues arising from third-party applications (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
• Network issues, tariff disputes, or service quality concerns should be addressed with the telecom operator
• We are not liable for spam calls or SMS received on purchased numbers
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

14. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996
• Courts in the registered state shall have exclusive jurisdiction
