Eligible for Full Refund

  • Your VIP number was purchased directly from Lucky Number Shop
  • UPC (Unique Porting Code) not received within 24 working hours of purchase
  • Order cancelled by us due to system issues or processing problems
  • Number porting request rejected by the telecom operator

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Number has already been activated on SIM
  • Change of mind after successful activation
  • Incorrect KYC documents provided by customer
  • Customer-side issues causing porting failure

Important Notice

Refunds are not available once the VIP number has been activated. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

How Much Will Be Refunded?

100% Refund Policy

For eligible cancellations, we refund the complete purchase amount of your VIP number.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you cancel your order after purchase, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Payment gateway processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Porting Rejection

If your number porting request is rejected by the telecom operator for any reason, you will receive a complete 100% refund.

Once your refund request is approved, please allow the following processing times:
